Client Services Officer – Assist Corporate Clients


Great opportunity to build your skills in client service.  You’ll coordinate the entire operational life-cycle for a portfolio of clients, providing a seamless and customer centric experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to,  providing a tailored approach to servicing all client requests to a high level of quality and in a timely manner, providing out of the box solutions and being a forward thinker while also maintaining the operational duties such as, settlements, issuance of invoices, portfolio and asset level reconciliations, and end of term management for all customers within your portfolio.

Working closely with sales, credit, legal, tax and finance you will have the opportunity to gain exposure and build an understanding of many functions that exist throughout the broader business.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have 1 - 2 years of experience in a corporate environment in a client support or service capacity. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and high standards of customer service alongside great relationship building skills, being able to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong analytics, numerical skills and intermediate to advanced excel skills are also a requirement, as well as a tertiary qualification in finance / economics or an accounting discipline.
