Client Service Consultant - Banking & Financial Services

Put your exceptional customer experience skills to work in a high performing client service team.

As a Client Service Consultant, you will be working in a fast moving and ever changing environment where you will be required to provide a consistent, yet specialist client experience for a range of client groups.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for phone and email based enquiries for customers of our retail bank. You’ll provide extraordinary customer service and take ownership of client queries. You’ll work to deadlines to meet our customer’s needs and liaise with the other teams to problem solve and deliver solutions.

You will have previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment. You’ll have professional communication skills, strong problem solving skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures.
