Clarity PPM Product Owner and PPM Lead

Join our team as a Product Owner and PPM Lead to help us deliver value to our Business Management team and our customers.

In this role you’ll be responsible for the Clarity platform (CA PPM) including continuous improvements, operational support and risk management. Additionally, you will utilise your strong background in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) to uplift the Project Management Office (PMO) capability, simplifying our project governance and supporting processes.

Through collaborating with our stakeholders and the Business team, you will shape the vision for the Clarity service and Portfolio and Project Management within our Technology division.

Success will come from your creative problem solving ability as well as your ability to demonstrate a passion for aligning technology with required business outcomes. You will also bring your understanding of diverse delivery methodologies, and adherence to enterprise risk management principles and technical standards.

Alongside your innate problem solving and analytical skills, you enjoy a team-based environment and possess the following:

  • 5+ years’ experience with CA PPM (Clarity) 14.4+
  • strong PPM domain and executive reporting knowledge
  • service Management and Continuous Improvement experience
  • experienced with vendor engagement and escalation with internal teams
  • strong database skills such as PL/SQL or similar language
  • strong problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • highly organised and able to perform under pressure.

Desired Skills:

  • experience with JasperSoft and CA PPM data warehouse reporting
  • programming experience eg: Java or C#
  • experience with PowerBI 
  • experience with Agile software development, project management methodologies
  • exposure to automation and performance optimisation tools.
