Change Manager, Workplace Virtual Services


Join the Workplace Virtual Services Team as a Change Manager, ensuring the effective launch and landing of services and initiatives across the portfolio. You will take the lead to work closely with our customers and businesses to understand their service needs and communicate back to the team with relevant areas for improvement.

You will also have a role in the development of the department strategy and ownership of strategic initiatives. In addition, you will take ownership of stakeholder engagement, end user communication, empathy interviews and design workshops, as well as the development of briefing papers and reports.

To be successful in this role, you will be confident in your ability to develop relationships at all levels, have an ability to create a compelling story, be highly collaborative and a natural problem solver. You are proactive, organised and people-oriented, with strong experience in dealing with stakeholders and an ability to engage staff around a clear vision.
