Change Manager

Take the lead to help us deliver our vision ‘Enabling the Entrepreneurial Enterprise’.

In this role you will work as part of the fast-paced Corporate Operations Group Change Management team, to contribute to COG’s vision of Enabling the Entrepreneurial Enterprise.

Within the Human Resources Division, you will work across the breadth of our business to assist in the global delivery of change initiatives.

The main focus of this role will be Change Delivery – focused on transformational change, including program change (system and process) and cultural change. You will also assist in managing the COG change practice - including providing advisory services, delivering change management capability training, and maintaining best practice tools and methodologies.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of the end-to-end change management approach, including stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments, and change delivery plans. You will need to develop and communicate compelling key messages across a matrix stakeholder environment to ensure there is successful adoption of change.  You will plan and implement knowledge transfer activities (including training design (including eLearning) and training facilitation) and develop change business readiness plans.

This is a dynamic role where you are supporting the Head of Change, so you will have experience leading change within a complex, fast-paced and global work environment. You will be able to demonstrate a background in managing multiple stakeholders and driving quality outcomes. You will also have tertiary qualifications, preferably in business and/or change management, and 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.  

Ideally, you will have proven hands-on change delivery experience using best practice change management methodologies and tools, and possess superior interpersonal communication, knowledge transfer planning and delivery skills enabling you to influence and establish credibility with stakeholders. Finally, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. This is a team based role, so you will have the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and across large complex environments, whilst prioritising your work under pressure and managing expectations.
