Business Management - Corporate Operations Group

Bring your passion for people, planning and problem solving to a dynamic team within the Business Management division of our Corporate Operations Group (COG).  

This is a busy and exciting role which requires a confident, proactive, and self-motivated individual with the ability to be self-sufficient and comfortable with adapting to change. 

You’re proactive, efficient and have an eye for detail. Your skills as a communicator, along with your ability to prioritise workloads is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders. You’ll be exposed to wide variety of tasks including:

  • help prepare the COG strategy annually
  • COG strategic initiative collation and reporting
  • Management Committee report collation and review
  • manage all Group wide COG reporting
  • support secretary duties of CLT and COO Committee
  • coordinate and manage the cross COG Business Manager forum
  • take responsibility for special projects and other initiatives on behalf of COG
  • ensures the adoption of the appropriate tools and processes across COG
  • draft, edit and review communications materials for a variety of internal audiences

You enjoy working closely with others, flourish in a fast paced working environment and your strong communication skills compliment your command of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. In addition to this you will have;

  • outstanding attention to detail, learning mindset, flexible and adaptable, high motivated
  • strong numerate, analytical and project management experience
  • ability to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders

Based in our offices in Martin Place, you’ll be working in a dynamic workplace environment designed to encourage innovation and collaboration. We anticipate that remuneration for this position will be a minimum of $110,000 plus superannuation and will be adjusted according to the candidate’s experience.
