Business Analyst


Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for all things telephony that influence our contact centre agents and end clients?

As our Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the successful transformation of our telephony offering which includes providing an integrated Interactive Voice Response (IVR), voice biometrics and all things voice to improve the contact centre agent and client experience.

You will be contributing to shaping the new team and vision, which means you won’t need a wealth of existing business analysis experience. What will be more important is to bring your contact centre or telephony knowledge and a commitment to learning and sharing your ideas. You will be mentored by the product owner and other business analyst to learn the analysis craft.

As our Business Analyst, you will work closely with a product owner, scrum team and our external partners to refine and write user stories, provide guidance to the scrum team on user behaviour; to help drive development, identifying issues through data analysis and promote continuous improvement to enable us to achieve our strategic goals. You will end up being an all-rounder,  getting involved in testing and the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
