Broker Education and Industry Engagement Manager


The Broker Education and Industry Engagement Manager is responsible for extracting maximum value from Personal Banking's involvement in external learning and development programs and industry events.

This is achieved by working with the sales and marketing teams to determine which industry events we participate in, measuring the value and refining the approach. The events include, but are not limited to aggregator training and development programs, industry awards and internally hosted functions.

The role is also responsible for the development of a content strategy to contribute to both internally and externally hosted events. This will require collaboration with the marketing and L&D teams to produce training and information materials for broker and industry consumption. 

To be successful in this role you will have experience in Retail Banking specifically in a broker intermediated capacity and have coordinated and maximised participation in available industry events. Once in the role you will be shaping future participation opportunities for the business in the longer term.
