Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Marketing and Sales teams in the timely execution of the marketing and sales plans whilst delivering outstanding service to our partners.
  • Help keep the team on track with workflow management: Updating WIP’s and timelines
  • Improve internal communications and internal visibility of successful marketing activity
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing research / insights to support brand activity
  • Post consumer show follow up with mums and dads
  • Ensuring best practice within own procedures, documenting and maintaining procedure manuals
  • Liaise with suppliers and account base to meet project timelines

About You:
You may already be in an executive / personal assistant role looking to take a step up, or you may be in a similar role looking to join a market leader with a great culture.

Aside from excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, work autonomously as well as part of a wider team and the requirement to fit the Love To Dream cultural profile, you’ll also bring to us:

  • Miniumum 3+ Years experience in a marketing or executive / personal assistant or sales support role
  • Post secondary qualifications in business, marketing or related discipline is preferred
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Accountability – being responsible for delivering assigned tasks
  • Initiative and the ability to problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask
