About the Job

Join our marketing team to execute marketing and social media plans whilst delivering outstanding service to our customers and partners.

About You:

You may already be in a marketing or social media coordinator role looking to take a step up, or perhaps you’re looking to return to work in a flexible arrangement or might be in a similar role looking to join a market leader with a great culture in an industry that has a positive impact on young families.

Aside from excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, work autonomously as well as part of a wider team and the requirement to fit the cultural profile of our client, you’ll also bring to us:

  • Full time hours preferred however part time hours will be considered for the right candidate with a minimum of 4 days and 30 hours per week. All hours are office based.
  • Minimum 3+ Years experience in a marketing or social media executive or similar role
  • Proven experience creating and editing content for social media
  • Demonstrated organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Google Analytics proficiency
  • Accountability – being responsible for delivering assigned tasks
  • Initiative and the ability to problem solve
  • Post secondary qualifications in business, marketing or related discipline is preferred

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Workflow management: Updating WIP’s and timelines
  • Improve internal communications and visibility of successful marketing activity
  • Assist Marketing Manager developing research and insights to support brand activity
  • Photoshoot, Consumer Show and Product Awards co-ordination and follow up
  • Development of engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media campaign performance
  • Gathering and saving user generated content, sending products to influencers, ad hoc Community Management
  • Budget Management
