Our Docklands site has a new opportunity for a People & Culture (P&C) Coach to join the team in a fixed-term capacity for a period of 12 months. In this role you will partner with a variety of stakeholders predominantly across our logistics and optimisation business units and provide day to day coaching and guidance to leaders to help their people be the best they can be. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in broader national projects, working with the Lion Dairy & Drinks P&C team across Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coaching leaders through the consistent application of people processes, including Lions Achievement Cycle, practices and policies
Supporting and coaching leaders through performance management and investigations
Facilitating training / capability workshops, modules and programmes
Providing policy/EA interpretation, guidance and support
Working with workplace relations, recruitment and remuneration to meet needs of the business in your teams and locations.
To succeed in this business partnering role you will need to call on your strong coaching skills, generalist HR knowledge and experience in supporting culture and change projects, as well as engagement and people process initiatives.
