To achieve this, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the IR environment (including senior leaders within the business) and will support the region with all manner of operational and strategic IR issues including managing disputes and grievances, providing advice, support and IR strategies for contributing to the commercial success of the business, enterprise bargaining and ensuring Lendlease remains compliant with industrial obligations (including industrial instruments, State and Federal IR codes). You will also be a valuable team member supporting the national IR strategy and outcomes through leadership, direction and expertise in implementing national initiatives. You will be supported in your role and provided plenty of development opportunities.

You will be a driven, confident and organised individual, with the ability to think analytically and strategically in a dynamic industrial environment. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which will be key in engaging, influencing, and negotiating with key stakeholders including executive level management.
