Workday Project Manager


Lendlease are currently searching for a Workday Project Manager to join our Workday Specialist team based in our Barangaroo Head Office.

The primary objective of the Workday Project Manager is to provide direction, delivery and accountability for the Workday Stream within Lendlease’s Payroll, Time & Attendance standardisation project. The project has progressed through Workday Design and Build milestones with the next focus being Data Migration and Testing activities. Liaison between the Lendlease business as usual Workday teams, on project outcomes and connection, will be imperative to the success of this role.

As Workday Project Manager you will provide direction, delivery and accountability internally to the Workday stream, its activities, and their completion, to time, cost and project scope. This will involve successfully partnering with stream leads and external consultancies to oversee and assist the project’s delivery through to completion. You will provide the conduit between project activity and business as usual activities for People & Culture Operations for assessment of change, team and delivery impacts.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in Workday configuration activities, encompassing Human Capital Management and Absence modules, accompanied by a relevant tertiary qualification and ideally a Workday certification. You will have project management experience, successfully leading streams, or similar areas, within a large program of work within related areas such as HRIS, HR Transformation, Payroll Transformation, and Workforce Management. This will be accompanied by strong, wholistic understanding of People & Culture and it’s processes, with experience in taking strategic views to operational success.

You will be an organised and efficient individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, key in partnering with an array of stakeholders.
