Training Administrator


An exciting opportunity has become available for a Training Administrator to provide pivotal administrative support for the delivery of Lendlease learning programs across the business. This will include maintaining program details and learning content in the learning management system, supporting training courses with the logistics such as printing course material, dispatching material to our training venues, handling employee enquiries and general data entry and maintenance.

You will be part of fast paced delivery and operations team within People Connect Learning taking responsibility for the administration within the team. Playing a key role within the team, your responsibilities will include administering program details and preparing relevant information. This role will also see you as part of our ongoing approach to continually evolve our processes to ensure we provide great customer experiences.

This role is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take their first step towards a career in Human Resources. Ideally, you will have experience in a customer service based role in retail/hospitality or administration. You will have intermediate excel skills either gained from on the job experience or at university. Your ability to pick things up quickly, work autonomously as well as demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are also key to this role. You will have an excellent eye for detail, as well as having strong organizational skills with an ambitious and proactive attitude towards your work.
