Team Assistant


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join our Building business in Victoria; supporting the fast paced and dynamic User Experience (UX) team.

The UX Business is part of Lendlease Building providing project, design, and construction management services to the property industry including end to end project delivery nationally across commercial workplace, education and retail sectors spanning both internal and external clients.

Based at our Victorian head office at One Melbourne Quarter, this role will play an integral part of the local team, proactively providing administration support to members of the leadership team and general assistance to the projects teams. By gaining an understanding of the projects, team priorities and commitments you will be able to support meeting coordination, booking and management of travel arrangements, preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation, taking on ad hoc tasks, as well as the organisation and management of team functions, events and training.

There will also be some diary and email management support to members of the national senior leadership team.

This role will suit an intermediate experienced administration individual; motivated to support the growth and expansion of the business across multitude of responsibilities. Your positive attitude, exceptional problem-solving and collaborative approach will see you hit the ground running. In addition, you will be proactive and organised, with strong written/verbal communication skills consistent with working within this vibrant team, and key in building relationships internally across our national business.
