About the role:

The Salesforce Support Analyst is an important role in Lendlease’s Digital Operations team, supporting over 2000 active Salesforce users. The role will provide first and second level end user support for Retirement Living, Communities, Apartments and Commercial Leasing business units. The support team works closely with our Salesforce Delivery and Product teams, including Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analyst’s, Testers and DevOps staff. The role provides a great opportunity for further progression, and the opportunity to work for one of Australia’s most innovative companies.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce support cases including new user license approvals, user set up and existing license maintenance.
  • Provide first and second level support for Retirement Living, Communities, Apartments and Commercial Leasing business units.
  • Manage and maintain external user portals such as Builders Hub and Sales Agent portal including the coordination of updates, new project setup’s, user licensing and data update processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate.


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in help desk support
  • 1+ years’ experience with the Salesforce.com CRM system is desired, or other CRM system
  • A strong grounding in technology would be desired.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently across many tasks
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – ability to communicate with users from all levels Experience in problem solving and analytical thinking, technology and process improvement.
