Senior Finance Analyst, Productivity & Change


The Business Insights function is the critical enabler for providing high value add insights, analysis and financial reporting at a portfolio level across the Property and Australian Business Units. This function combines a diverse set of core Finance capabilities to deliver against.

The role of the Senior Finance Analyst is on a fixed term basis until June 2020. This role will see you work collaboratively with the Senior FM, Productivity and Change to support the execution of the finance change program across our Australian businesses. You will support finance teams as they drive initiatives in their areas as well as the cost management, recovery model and productivity driver analysis design and management across the Australia region.

You will support the development of Finance improvement initiatives that support the future needs of the Australia businesses, aligned to the LL2020 vision and the design principles of the Finance organization. Through the establishment of an optimised service delivery model, you will support the shaping of capacity and agility within the function enabled by a continued focus on simplification and enhancement of Finance systems and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications with experience in financial reporting, planning & analytics or a related field as well as a demonstrated track record in process improvement and/or standardisation. Candidates with cost management and overheard forecasting and reporting would also be advantageous.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to develop strong working rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Oracle, Altryx, Tableau systems experience would also be beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills will be complemented by your first class decision making and influencing skills with the ability to adapt rapidly to new situations and support others through change.
