Senior Finance Analyst, Development


The Asset & Project Insights function is the critical enabler for providing high value add insights, analysis and financial reporting at a project, asset and fund level across the Australia Business Units. This function combines a diverse set of core Finance capabilities that would be delivered across the range of project, asset and funds within the Australia businesses.

The role of the Senior Finance Analyst is on a fixed term basis until June 2020. This role is to support financial processes across all Development Projects. Working closely with the API Development team and Finance services, you will ensure that financial outcomes of Lendlease Developments are reported accurately in a timely manner. You will be responsible to TM1 administration across development projects and responsible for all other relevant finance systems administration including journal preparation and posting, receipting/invoice generating and billing events.

You will support enterprise thinking across the Project & Asset Insights function driving consistency in the delivery of services. Through the establishment of an optimised service delivery model, you will support the shaping of capacity and agility within the function enabled by a continued focus on simplification and enhancement of Finance systems and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications ideally with experience in the financial management for a portfolio of development projects and structures including joint ventures. You will have a demonstrated skills in project forecasting and overheads budgeting as well as financial or cashflow modelling. A high proficiency in Excel is essential.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to develop strong working rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills will be complemented by your first class decision making and influencing skills with the ability to adapt rapidly to new situations and support others through change.
