Senior Cost Planner


We are looking to add to our renowned national Cost Planning team with an experienced Cost Planner to support our growing diverse and challenging project portfolio in the South Australia.

Based in our Adelaide head office, as Senior Cost Planner you’ll be an important contributor in ensuring Lendlease has direct and detailed knowledge of the supply and place costs across our delivery capex, whilst contributing to the development strategy and driving the production of conceptual & detailed cost plans, estimates and value engineering on a range of varied major projects; controlling project costs during the concept design, design development phase, through construction cost reporting to a final cost analysis.

We are looking an experienced Cost Planner/Quantity Surveyor, and who is ready to progress, or recently has, to a cost planning lead/senior position and ideally been exposed to a range of major building projects across residential, health, defence, government, commercial or mixed development sectors within a leading construction/building business; having seen projects grow from concept to completion.

The role will require an individual who has built relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and external consultants and can demonstrate natural leadership ability through strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative nature.
