Lendlease is searching for a Senior CATIA Knowledgeware Engineer to join one of our new digital businesses, based in our state of the art Barangaroo Head Office.

The Role

As Senior CATIA Knowledgeware Engineer, reporting into the CTO, you will be responsible for the development and management of internal knowledge-based engineering processes and standards, enabling our global teams to operate to a high degree of proficiency, accuracy, and productivity. This will involve driving the development of standards and governance policy to a global team, delivering cutting edge knowledge-based engineering principles and methods, and ensuring domain knowledge is documented, structured and maintained in accordance with IP protection policy.

Leading a dynamic team, you will produce high quality digital tools and products to enable the efficient modelling of digital twins across our global development team, as well as ensure its seamless translation to manufacturing and assembly. Ensuring we are at the forefront of industry trends and anticipating customer needs, you will undertake on-going research, development and evolution of tools to create value and insure a competitive advantage for Lendlease.

As a recognised industry expert and champion, you will utilise in-depth knowledge to foster and lead a dynamic team with an agile working environment, as we engage in our digital transformation programme.

About you:

  • Highly experienced subject matter expert in knowledge-based engineering, parametric modelling, and product lifecycle management process and methods.
  • Extensive software experience in Dassault Systems platform products (3D Experience, CATIA, ENNOVIA, DELMIA, etc.), and Dassault KBE (KAC, KML, EK) tool development and deployment.
  • Strong manufacturing background with understanding of processes and equipment for fabrication and assembly.
  • Programming skills in multiple languages including C#, C, C++, VBA, javascript.
  • Ability to develop and maintain processes, standards, and metholologies in all aspects of CAD platform.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership experience; skilled at developing and mentoring teams of varying skill levels.
