An opportunity presently exists at Bingara Gorge, a new quality lifestyle community, encased by beautiful bushland and located south-west of Sydney at the gateway to the Southern Highlands.
The primary function of this role is being the first point of contact for customers when they either phone or visit the Sales Office, providing a memorable service and experience. Partnering with the sales team you would be tasked with general administration duties to ensure the smooth operation of the sales office.
Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail and an ability to work in a deadline focused environment will ensure your success in this role. Above all you will thrive on servicing clients to the highest standard and enjoy working within a team environment as well as autonomously. This is a ‘hands on’ role integral to the smooth running of a successful sales office. Your extensive experience as an administrator and/or customer service professional, coupled with an eagerness to learn and understand the real estate process will be an asset in this customer focused environment.
