Roads Foreman


Our Services business is a specialist engineering, construction and asset management contractor, connecting industries and communities with vital infrastructure. The company is responsible for creating, operating and maintaining public and private assets serving millions of people each day.

Currently we have a requirement for an experienced Foreperson to join our Transport Infrastructure division, based out of Geraldton. As a Foreperson, you will provide leadership, control operations and ensure any works relating to the project are carried out in accordance with client requirements, and to Lendlease’s high safety standard. You will work closely with our leadership team to pre-empt and resolve engineering and construction issues on site and to maintain progress in line with the program.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role within Road Maintenance and Construction
  • Positive, hands on attitude with high attention to detail
  • Strong and influential leadership skills, with open and transparent communication
  • Understanding of forecasting, budgeting and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of asset management and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be highly regarded

You will manage both in-house and subcontractors on our Main Roads contract, ensuring that all KPI’s and contract performance requirements are met, whilst maintaining strong relationships with your team and key stakeholders. You will be an experienced Foreman or Supervisor and be able to illustrate a record of delivering projects safely, to high quality standards and within project programs and budgets.

This is a permanent, full time role with frequent travel required within the Mid-West Gascoyne region. Rostering will be scheduled in accordance with relevant work (Generally 5/2 or 10/4).
