We have an exciting opportunity to work at our world class Barangaroo offices in our smart and sustainable Living Utilities team as an Operations Coordinator.
Living Utilities is a unique business that supports the Lendlease urban regeneration, apartments, communities, retirement living and retail development portfolios. Their strategy is to improve customer outcomes through innovative utility and infrastructure solutions.
This opportunity will focus on Risk and Compliance, EH&S and contract administration. In this role, you will be able to identify and monitor compliance obligations of key business, contractual and regulatory requirements of the operating businesses. You’ll also coordinate reporting on performance in key areas of compliance and risk management and support the business in the implementation of its EHS strategy. You’ll be required to work in the business and on the business – getting into the detail and getting things done at the same time as building systems and processes where none may exist today.
To be successful, you may have a background in the energy or utilities industry, or technical facilities sector with exposure to operations within a regulated or contractual environment. Having established yourself in your career already, either as an individual contributor or a manager of a team, you’ll have sound exposure to contract administration, risk and compliance and/or EHS in previous positions, preferably having experience building processes and policies from scratch. You’ll be highly organised, willing to get your hands dirty and show great attention to detail. You will join an innovative company that values its people with highest regard.
