Our Corporate Real Estate team are seeking a motivated, experienced and highly organised Receptionist to join their Barangaroo team on a part-time basis. This role will see you provide five-star service to employees and visitors to our 'state-of-the-art' office.

This highly visible role will see you exhibit professionalism and sensitivity to issues that arise within the tenancy and be required to contribute to the safety and well-being of employees and visitors through the implementation of Lendlease policies and procedures and provide AV support where necessary. In addition you will provide administrative assistance to the office, ensure all visitors and staff are greeted and assisted where needed, and monitor and assist with day to day hospitality operations as well as managing inbound calls and requests.

The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills coupled with maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will have a professional and mature approach to your work and thrive in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will bring the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position within a corporate, hospitality or professional services environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, database management and internet is essential.
  • Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable disposition.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both external clients and internal staff alike.
