Project Coordinator - Townsville

The Project Coordinator will assist the development team within our QLD Communities business, supporting the Elliott Springs master planned community. Your role will entail a wide range of key tasks including the development and management of briefs, authority approvals, management of development programme, coordinate the operations of the project, commercial reporting, administration and various tasks. The role will enable you to gain exposure to all aspects of the residential development process including (but not limited to), market research, product development, sales & marketing, financial analysis/ modelling and delivery. Because this is a small but very productive team, you will have a wonderful opportunity to be across many different tasks and be mentored by senior members.

The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified in Property, Development, Construction, Land Economics, or Planning related fields as well as previous experience in a similar role. You’ll possess a ‘can do’ attitude coupled with your commercial acumen which will prove invaluable with a strong focus on delivery of ‘best of class’. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. Both are key with engaging with multiple stakeholders concurrently. You will also have the capacity to develop and implement innovative solutions.
