The next major stage of Treasury’s global improvement strategy is the transformation of Lendlease’s global operational banking platforms. We now have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join the team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract.
In your new and exciting role as Project Administrator, you will be part of our Business Transformation team and will be responsible for supporting us through business administration and stakeholder management. Your key focus areas will be developing and sharing communication to stakeholders relating to the project, maintaining project budget updates, project calendars, scheduling project meetings and workshops along with preparing agendas, meeting papers, status reports and minutes for the project.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record as a Project Coordinator/ Administrator ideally gained in a large transformational environment. Your exposure to concepts, methodologies and systems associated with Project Management through working in a project delivery role will help set you up for success, Naturally, you will be a confident communicator with the ability to work independently along with experience using MS Project or similar project tools.
