Lendlease Building is searching for a Personal Assistant to join one of our key business units, Core Places, based at our Barangaroo Head Office.

We are seeking a highly dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support to our Sydney based senior management team members of the Core Places business unit. In this fast-paced role your key responsibilities will include complex diary and email management, arranging a large number of travel itineraries, management of communication with internal and external stakeholders, coordination of meetings and expense management. The role will also involve producing high quality client presentations from concepts and conducting industry and market research when required. The ideal candidate will understand the imperative of high discretion and confidentiality and will be able to provide guidance to other support resources within the business unit.
Ideally your technical skills will include strong MS Suite, and exposure to Office 365 and database software would be beneficial.
