Injury Management Coordinator


Our People and Culture team currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Coordinator to join our dynamic and high performing team, for a 6 months fixed term. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office.

Reporting to the Senior Injury Manager, your role will provide support, advice and overall management of the safe and durable return to work of Lendlease employees who have suffered an injury or illness. This new and exciting role will see you traveling throughout the region to participate in off-site case conferences providing strategic advice and solutions on rehabilitation, early intervention and return to work with the medical provider, employee, insurer and manager. You will conduct site visits to support injured workers, undertake training and information sessions and monitor their return to work progress. In addition, you will manage claim/wages payments and conduct quarterly claim reviews, providing advice and identify claim risk trends and risk identification on sites.

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in Workers Compensation Insurance and case management coupled with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. It is desirable, but not essential that you will be degree qualified with a background in Allied Health with a First Aid Certificate and a Return to Work Co-ordinator qualification. This role will provide coordination support to the broader team of injury managers.
