Finance Manager

As a result of an internal move, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager supporting Property as part of our high performing finance community in Chatswood. This is a dynamic, fast paced and highly visible role where your breadth of experience will be utilised and your talent valued.

This role is a key business partner to our Property business, supervising the day to day Financial Accounting and Reporting team and activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial and external reporting requirements as well as providing technical guidance an advice where necessary. Manage the implementation of changes and enhancements to systems and processes. Identify and report continuous improvement initiatives in relation to the project accounting processes and systems and providing strong leadership to coach, develop and mentor a finance team is pivotal for this role. In addition, your role will see you collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, creating as well as maintaining effective working relationships to increase networks and allow for knowledge sharing.

As a highly experienced People Manager, you will have a demonstrated track record in senior finance roles idealy gained from a BIG4 Chartered Firm. Your strengths include strong influencing and partnership skills with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes. This will be complemented by your strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues and coach others in the resolution of problems. As a champion for continuous improvement, you will be adept at managing and implementing change.
