EHS Coordinator


A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced EHS Coordinator to join a high performing team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. You will have a genuine passion for safety on major building projects and want to the drive to build on your experience and develop further with Lendlease. This fantastic opportunity will be site based on a major defence building project in Katherine / Tindal, NT. We will relocate you and any family to Katherine / Tindal, NT.

In this role it will be your responsibility to provide specialist EHS knowledge to support the EHS Manager, Construction Manager and Foreman in driving superior environment and health and safety performance on site. You will achieve this by identifying issues and trends, monitoring compliance with Lendlease EHS protocols and implementing safety initiatives to improve our safety performance.

You will have substantial experience operating within a building project (preferably) or civil construction or a high risk environment in a similar EHS role and hold all necessary certificates and qualifications. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to drive team performance in environment, health and safety.
