The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operations across all customer and digital platforms – Sitecore and Salesforce ecosystems. Reporting into the Digital Products and Services Manager, you will manage the day to day financial, people and commercial operations across the platforms, operationalizing and enabling Lendlease to maximize investment in Digital Platforms globally. Leading a high performing team, you will have end-to-end accountability for service requests, issues and incidents around platform performance, optimizing vendor and support arrangements. As part of the Customer and Digital Tower within IT, you will work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the digital agenda.
To be considered for this opportunity, tertiary qualified you will have a background in IT operations and/or Technical Project Manager/Delivery roles with excellent knowledge in applying Digital technology to business problems. An experienced people manager and leader, you will extensive Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) knowledge and Service Manager as well as an understanding of Cloud and On Premise hosting topologies such as Azure and AWS. With your technical knowledge, you will have proven operational expertise, excellent time management and strong communication skills.
