An immediate need has arisen for a self-driven and committed Customer Service Representative to join the successful sales team at our Jordan Springs Community. This is a permanent position working Sunday to Wednesday and also Fridays.
Upon completion Jordan Springs will have a total of 17 ha of open space, including parks, sports ovals, playgrounds and barbeque areas. Jordan Springs is privileged to be surrounded by the beautiful Wianamatta Regional Park which after 50 years of being closed to the public will open its gates on the 5th of November.
As a Customer Service Representative you will work closely with the Sales team to provide exceptional customer service to customers at all stages of the customer journey in order to achieve project sales targets. You will also perform general administration duties, to ensure the smooth operation of the sales office and maintenance of customer and sales data.
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate strong experience in customer service, reception or administrative duties, preferably in the property development industry, or from a corporate environment. This must be complimented with a customer focused approach and attitude. Having a sales certificate and some experience with a CRM system will be highly desirable for this role but not necessary.
