Based in our Barangaroo office, we have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Customer Data and Analytics Manager to lead our new customer data and analytics team. Reporting to the CX & Digital Transformation Manager, you will establish and lead a new capability to derive business-changing insights and automate efficiencies using advanced algorithms and data platforms to deliver advanced analytic insights to improve customer experience and drive optimisation. Core to the role will be your ability to engage in data analysis and applications for the business, principally relating to the single customer view and customer services, but also in operational efficiency and product development.
You will also have the ability to think big picture, working with the CX leadership team and stakeholders to develop and deliver a strategic vision to support customer centric experiences, influence data strategy, and deliver data driven intelligence and actionable insights using appropriate visualisation and presentation techniques. In addition, you will motivate, guide and lead a team of experts to increase best practice standards and business optimisation.
With 10+ years experience in data and analytics gained in either an agency or large-complex environment you will have deep expertise in Google Analytics, data platforms, machine learning and attribution modelling. Ideally you will also have experience with the Salesforce Platform. You will be strategically focused, an experienced people manager and a strong communicator with the ability to partner across all levels of business and IT. You will also have a passion for working in a collaborative, changing fast paced and agile environment.
