Contracts Administrator - 12 month contract

We are currently seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our Retirement Living Property team for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for providing support to the Upgrades and Property Management teams including prequalification of all suitable contractors, formation of scope documentation, assisting in tender distribution, tender review, preparing contracts, issuing purchase orders, regional compliance and EHS compliance and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

You will bring to the role your excellent organisational skills, a sound technical understanding and attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency. In addition, you will have a professional and positive approach to your work and be able to hit the ground running. Experience with Oracle would be highly regarded.
