Contract Administrator


We have an immediate requirement for a Contracts Administrator to work in our Communities business on a 12 month Fixed-term contract.

Our Communities business is renowned for designing safe, welcoming communities with the best facilities for people to live, work, learn and play. They’re places that combine appealing architecture with parks, waterways, green open spaces and leafy streetscapes.

Reporting to the Regional Development Manager, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Development Team to ensure that all Contracts are effectively managed with all contractors. You will assist with the processing and reporting of project transactions and processing of information and contracts within our systems.

Working across three of our Communities projects, you will be also assist in administration of procurement activities for both the head contract and subcontracts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Match subcontractor scopes of works to budgets in conjunction with Project Managers and Development managers
  • Raising requisitions and purchase orders within Oracle
  • Receipting of goods and services within Oracle
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Assist and prepare both head contract and subcontract variations
  • Assist with progress claim preparation submission and liaison

A proactive attitude coupled with financial acumen is essential; aligned with a strong focus on delivery, strong communication skills and a collaborative nature consistent with developing and maintain relationships across internal and external development functional teams in order to achieve results.
