We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the commercial management team associated with our new project; the relocation of an existing rail Operations Control Centre on North Terrace Adelaide to a new facility at the existing Dry Creek Depot. This will also include the establishment of a hard-wired communication link between the two sites through public areas.

As Contract Administrator, you will take ownership of subcontractors & their accounts, assess sub-contractor variations, negotiate and finalise consultant and supplier progress claims and agree final accounts. Additionally, you will be required to support the project team in the preparation and execution during the procurement of subcontractors.
This role requires experience within a main contractor or construction environment, having worked in a similar project-based contract and financial administration on other major building or infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will be confident in contract management, have the ability to work independently to resolve contractual issues and be committed to follow and embrace process.
