An opportunity exists for a Civil Maintenance Worker within our Roads & Transport Infrastructure business to join our team based in Jurien Bay. Your core responsibilities will include undertaking both proactive and reactive road network maintenance tasks as required by the client. As such, you will be required to provide general labour and plant operating skills in the repair of assets and other associated network maintenance activities in the local region.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Rectification of road faults within a timely manner, working in a team environment.
  • Monitoring and resolving any customer and / or general public issues while on site and implementing appropriate action.
  • Proactive and reactive general maintenance works.
  • Meet contractual targets in responding to and assessing all unplanned works.
  • Demonstrating commitment to Quality Management principles, OH&S and the Environment.
  • Lead and/or assisting in the completion jobs through mobile field computing / paperwork.

You will have experience in civil excavation works in the roads field combined with experience and knowledge of general transport infrastructure systems. You will be computer literate and able to use the MS Office software. You will be client focused, well organised, a strong communicator and have demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to achieve goals and objectives within a project driven environment. To be successful in this role, you will also hold the following Tickets / Licences;

  • MR Truck Licence (or above)
  • Excavator Licence, with some practical experience.
  • Traffic Management Ticket/s.
