As part of a successful, high performing and supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to design and effectively manage the execution of change programs across identified transformation projects.
In your exciting role as Change Manager and reporting to the Head of Change Management, Group Business Improvement, you will work in collaboration with business leaders and the wider Change Management team developing and fostering key stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business. You will design and implement the delivery of the change management strategy, associated plan and create actionable deliverables for the communication plans, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training and resistance management plans. You will also assess and manage the change impact and readiness of the stakeholder groups throughout the life cycle of the project.
Essential to the role is your deep subject matter expertise in change management along with your successful track record of executing and implementing large scale, cultural and business change in a similar sized organisation. Your experience in managing complex programs of work, monitoring and integrating deliverables from internal and external resources along with your strong influencing ability will be highly regarded. In addition, you will be strategically and customer focused, enjoy sharing ideas cross functionally and have a passion for delivering successful embedded outcomes.
