Administration - Scheduler

Currently we are seeking expressions of interest for an opportunity as a Project Administrator / Scheduler to join our team in Mornington, Tasmania. Working within the Power & Telecommunications Division you will be reporting into the Works Manager covering multiple projects across the city in a business that has a strong pipeline of future work.

You will be primarily responsible for providing administration support; including reporting, accounts payable, document control and management, as well as any other ad hoc admin duties. Previous project scheduling experience would be advantageous.

As the successful candidate you will have;

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the utilities industry;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to multi task, with a positive, proactive attitude;
  • Proven time management and;
  • The ability to facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
