KPMG's Management Consulting division is looking for a passionate Technology Implementation experts to join their growing Sydney team on a permanent basis. This opportunity will require you to play an active role in growing KPMG’s Technology Enablement service line in the Workday Practice.

Our work sees us engaging with a range of senior business and technology stakeholders. We work to establish solutions to complex technology challenges that support business objectives. From high level analysis through to detailed technical requirements.

Your Opportunity

This is a pre-sales / sales role in the Technology Enablement Ignition Centre working closely with the Sales Director, Bid Architect, Engagement Partners and clients to design an optimal approach and solution blueprint as per client needs to deploy Workday HCM.

Candidates must have significant knowledge of this domain and previous successful experience delivering a Workday HCM transformation project.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Understand client requirements and take ownership of the deployment approach for KPMG’s responses to client RFPs on HR transformation / implementation programs
  • Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the functional and technical impacts
  • Work with internal business teams (integrations, data migrations, etc.) to understand and gather their approach for the solution.

Lead initiatives that require coordination with other systems, both internally and to external vendors.

  • Relevant University degree or an industry recognised qualification.
  • Relevant product knowledge and solution certifications.
  • Tier 1 Consulting experience.
  • Strong experience in Workday Architecture
  • Strong background in at least 3 Workday HCM modules.
  • Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations within Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability as a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Ability to present IT solutions within business context.
  • Exposure to broad range of IT systems and domains is desirable.
  • Demonstrated client service excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, leading and coaching teams.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and presentation skill.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong general business acumen.
