Training and Recruitment Manager, KPMG Managed Services (KMSO) Based in Rhodes

Joining a small team of existing trainers and reporting into the People Services Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall design and delivery of all KPMG Managed Services Operation (KMSO) training requirements. You will work closely with your team and KPMG’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract the technical content required to produce a robust training framework.

Deliverables

  • Proactively collaborate with the training team and operations team to ensure that the operation is supported and fully functional with all employee training requirements met, this will be inclusive of technical and soft skills training
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to draw upon required technical training content
  • Work closely with the Operations team at intervals to produce talent maps and service plans, identifying capability and performance gaps
  • Build core knowledge within the mobilization team during set up activities for any future engagements
  • Design, produce and deliver training material aligned to KMSO operational procedures
  • Design, build and deliver soft skills and technical training, inclusive of any refresher training required
  • Utilise your strong understanding of e-learning techniques to create and deliver e-learning packages
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee training logs
  • Organise, monitor and feedback results from any testing and accreditation requirements which form part of the training programmes
  • Organise, monitor and feedback results from any Product Knowledge Testing (PKT) to the operations team
  • Conducting training needs analysis within the operation
  • Continuous improvement and uplift; continually reassess the training framework, content and design, updating as required
  • If required, attend “Train the Trainer” sessions with the client to supplement knowledge of engagement specific processes
  • Familiarise yourself with client materials and delivery formats prior to updating the KMSO training content and roll-out
  • Stakeholder management; ensuring the correct approval processes are adhered to and approval is obtained prior to any new training roll-out
  • Producing detailed training plans, proactively sourcing relevant resource support required for specialist sections of the training programme
  • Recruitment; you may be required to attend interviews and assist in the coordination of assessment centres to test specific resource skill capability
  • Working flexibility within KMSO People Services, providing cover across functions as required

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in designing, developing and maintaining training and competency frameworks
  • Knowledge and experience of customizing training programmes to the Adult Learning Principles (Visual, Audio, etc)
  • Collaborative working approach
