KPMG are currently recruiting for a Technical Learning Consultant within our Talent Leadership and Learning team, based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This is a Senior Consultant position, perfect for someone seeking an exploratory move from a technical role into the learning space.

 

Your Opportunity

This role will support the end to end program management of the AARC Divisional Learning agenda and support the team with other activities as required. The role may require some travel.

  • Primary support for the implementation of the technical learning programs and initiatives across the AARC division
  • Project management end to end learning solutions of a high profile mandatory technical learning programs, working closely with the Technical Learning Managers, and Operations teams
  • Actively monitor budget reports and escalate risks to Manager as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business contacts and stakeholders
  • Reporting and Data analysis on program/learning stats where/if required
  • Consult with key stakeholders across business units regarding program/design requirements and content development
  • Provide advice on learning best practice, design and administration to the business where required
  • Monitor program and review feedback to ensure delivery to quality and make necessary improvements
  • Proactively contribute to team projects and activities that support the overall learning of the firm

  • Completion of the Chartered Accountants Program (or close to) for a CA qualification
  • Ability to work autonomously or with little supervision but also in collaboration with others
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Strong organisational, project management and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint & Excel – advanced)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Passion for or existing learning related experience advantageous
