KPMG are currently recruiting for an experienced Consultant within our Talent Leadership and Learning team, based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Your Opportunity

This role will support the end to end program management of the Transitions Pathway project and support the team with other activities as required. The role may require some travel.

  • Primary support for the Transition Pathway project
  • Project management end to end learning solutions of a high profile learning programs
  • Actively monitor budget reports and escalate risks to Manager as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business contacts and stakeholders
  • Reporting and Data analysis on program/learning stats where/if required
  • Consult with key stakeholders across business units regarding program/design requirements and content development
  • Provide advice on learning best practice, design and administration to the business where required
  • Monitor program and review feedback to ensure delivery to quality and make necessary improvements
  • Provide support and guidance to coordinators
  • Proactively contribute to team projects and activities that support the overall learning of the firm
