WIISE is an exciting new initiative by KPMG. The venture represents the first time a leading professional services firm (KPMG), a major bank (CBA) and a global technology company (Microsoft) have come together to co-develop innovative solutions. Wiise delivers world-class enterprise software to Australian small and medium businesses (SMEs).

Your Opportunity

We are looking for someone who enjoy working in a fast paced & dynamic environment, passionate about customer service, building and expanding relationships with existing Channel partnership. Your day to day work will include the following:

  • Channel Partner pipeline development and management and direct sales
  • Managing & coaching of the channel lead generation engine to ensure quantity quality and suitability of leads
  • Liaising with Channel management team to ensure outcomes
  • Management and Progress of those leads through qualification & sales process to ensure a successful conclusion
  • Regular Reporting on results for leads to Chanel partner and WIISE management and working strategically with Chanel to improve quality of leads.
  • Managing the sales process including arranging demonstrations and proposals, closing and working with an implementation partner to handover to ensure successful implementation.
  • Achieving growth and sales targets
  • Reporting to Sales Manager and Managing director
  • Present regular sales, and key metric forecasts to management team.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include: 

  • Successful previous sales experience ideally in software sales e.g. Accounting Software, ERP or other as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Preferred experience in Microsoft ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV or equivalent, but not essential
  • Experience with handling a sales channel
  • Experience of leading a telesales team will be desirable.
  • Willingness to learn a deep understanding of Wiise functional areas
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise with mentoring, coaching and people management skills
