Your Opportunity:

In this role you will support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and their wider teams within our Information Technology Services (ITS). In this dynamic and integral role you will be:

  • Proactively managing diaries, organising internal and stakeholder meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel
  • Proactively managing workflow including collating reports, document preparation and email administration on behalf of the Partner
  • Expense management and reconciliation on behalf of the Partner and Director
  • Providing administrative support for the Partners Senior Leadership team
  • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information

  • Communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
  • Relevant experience supporting a high performing team in a fast paced, corporate environment, preferable in professional services
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to high level skills in the Microsoft Office suite, with SAP experience preferred.
