Your Opportunity:

Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities daily, you will provide high level administrative support to senior leaders here at KPMG. You will be at the heart of a very dynamic, future focused team.

In this dynamic and integral role you will be:

  • Proactively managing workflow including collating reports, document preparation and email administration on behalf of the Partners/Directors
  • Engaged in the team’s project work and assisting with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
  • Providing administrative support for business development initiatives and engagements
  • Proactively managing diaries, organising internal and client meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel
  • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information

  • Confidence, personal presentation and communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
  • Relevant experience supporting a high performing team in a fast paced, corporate environment, preferable in professional services
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to high level skills in the Microsoft Office suite, with SAP experience preferred.
