Our key areas of focus are: Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Optimisation and Organisational Change Management.

Your Opportunity

Our team continues to experience significant growth and as a result we are interested in connecting with experienced organisational development professionals who have experience of delivering large scale transformation projects. Future opportunities are likely in our Adelaide office that would see you:

  • Support delivery of organisational development and change management strategies by applying a structured
  • Approach/methodology with the view to minimise change impacts and drive business benefits/outcomes
  • Educate, mentor and coach our clients in the concepts of organisational change and undertake change management activities in support of strategy development
  • Support the development of implementation plans aimed at sustaining change and capability
  • Develop business cases and organisational change related proposals
  • Establish sustaining working relationships within client organisations through the delivery of timely, high quality people related services, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

We’re interested in people that are accomplished team players, able to work effectively as part of a wider KPMG and client team, with the following credentials:

  • Solid experience in Human Resource Management, Change Management, Organisational Design and/or Workforce Management working with large-scale business transformation projects (People & HR focus)
  • Have a solid track record working on project-based organisational change initiatives, being able to demonstrate your experience driving change from concept and strategy through to implementation
  • Be skilled and experienced in supporting and/or delivering successful organisational projects and associated analysis activities
    Possess a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Be familiar with learning and development and program management methodologies
  • Demonstrate relationship management capability, oral and written communication and influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a consulting environment would be advantageous
