Our team continues to experience significant growth and as a result we are interested in connecting with experienced professionals who have experience of supporting the delivery of transformation projects. Future opportunities are likely in our Canberra office that would see you focus on:

  • Supporting the delivery of organisational change by applying a structured approach and methodology to minimise change impacts and drive outcomes
  • Supporting our clients through the process of organisational change and undertaking change management activities aligned to their strategy
  • Supporting the development of implementation plans aimed at sustaining change and building capability
  • Developing business cases for change and related proposals
  • Establishing and sustaining working relationships within client organisations through the delivery of timely, high quality people related services, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to the success of a growing team 

You bring to the role

We're interested in people that are accomplished team players, able to work effectively as part of a wider KPMG team focussed on bringing the best of our firm to our clients, with the following credentials:

  • Current experience in a change environment, working with large-scale transformation projects (with a People focus)
  • A solid track record working on project-based change initiatives, being able to demonstrate your experience supporting change from concept and strategy through to implementation
  • Highly developed skills and experience in delivering successful projects
  • Demonstrated relationship management capability, influencing and negotiation skills, and
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.

You should also be an Australian Citizen and have an existing government security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
