At present we have an exciting opportunity within our Audit, Assurance and Risk Consulting (AARC) division for an innovative and talented Senior Consultant who has experience across data analytics, programming, cloud, automation & has creative flair. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant difference to KPMG as a firm by helping to drive innovative solutions across our business.


Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities as a Senior Consultant will include but not be limited to;
• Establish credibility and trust with engagement teams to fully understand the way they do things currently and paint a picture for a more innovative way
• Use design thinking methodologies to ensure the development of user centered solutions that are relevant and innovative in the market.
• Work collaboratively to define the problem, design the solution and execute a successful deliverable while bringing both our team and the engagement team along the journey
• Ensure all stakeholders needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Keeping up to date with new software developments and thinking about ways these can be incorporated into the Audit, Assurance and Risk Consulting offerings
• Bringing an innovative and problem solving approach to tasks with project management capability
• - Ensure on time project delivery through establishing a project charter at the outset and monitoring progress against it.


You bring to the role
As the successful candidate you will have a combination of the following skills;
• Motivated and proactive personality to lead development of ideas and solutions
• Familiarity with large data sets
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Computer languages such as SQL, C#, Javascript and Python would be seen as beneficial.
• Program knowledge of .Net specifically Visual Basic
• Expert VBA knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite (primary Excel)
