With continued growth, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Accountants and Managers to join our Audit and Assurance team in Wollongong.

Your new role: Working alongside an experienced team both locally and globally, you will:

  • Lead multiple engagements in the provision of external/financial statement audit services for clients including NFPs, SME’s, family groups and government entities
  • Provide input into engagement planning, reporting, budgeting and support senior leadership with managing proposals
  • Lead engagement teams with day to day direction and providing constructive feedback and mentoring
  • Build robust and consultative client relationships including attending client meetings and acting as a central point of contact in your portfolio

The ideal candidate will:

  • Thrive in a collaborative team culture and be self-motivated and proactive
  • Enjoy creating and sharing innovative client-led ideas
  • Be commercially-minded, professionally curious and demonstrate a passion for learning
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Audit methodologies, ideally with some experience in internal audit (not mandatory though)
  • Be experienced in leading and motivating engagement teams
  • Hold relevant qualifications including CA or CPA
